PLACING AN ORDER
We hope you have enjoyed shopping at Indigo Blush. If you wish to place an order, we will dispatch your chosen items as below (detailed in the delivery information). If the item is temporarily out of stock, we will find out and advise you when/if the item can be ordered and an approximate delivery time.
We will endeavour to deliver your items in the shortest time possible. All orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. You will need to sign for your package, so it is important to use a delivery address where you/another trusted person will be available to sign. If there is no one at the delivery address at time of delivery, the delivery company will leave instructions for alternative delivery options.
Next Day: We are able to dispatch by Royal Mail Special Delivery on all orders placed before 3pm and this should ensure that your item/s will arrive the next day (excludes weekends).
Express If your order is urgent and you require express delivery, please call us and

We dispatch by Airsure/UPS/DHL the same day for any orders placed before 4.30pm and your purchase should arrive usually within 2-5 working days.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY
All our prices include VAT, which is currently 20% in the UK. If you are placing an order from any country with delivery outside of the EU, we will refund the VAT back to the card the order was paid with, within 30 days of purchase. The customer is always liable for the import duties, customs and local sales taxed levied by the country the order is being delivered to. Payment may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. In cases where the courier does not hear back from you, the charges will be added to your original payment card so that the customs and handling charges can be cleared and you can receive your purchase.
