EXCHANGES

Yes, we are happy to exchange any unworn/undamaged products if they are not suitable.
Goods to be returned to Indigo Blush Ltd, by registered or recorded delivery within 14 days of the delivery date. (Shipping costs for Returns are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you use the delivery options we use, to protect you against loss). Please Fill in the return & exchange form enclosed with your delivery and return with the item/s. If there is any sign that the item has been used then we reserve the right to refuse your refund.

If you choose to exchange with a different product, we will refund or charge the difference in price. If the item is in stock we will hold the new item, and dispatch free of charge when the original item arrives back to us.

If we do not have the item in stock in the requested size/colour we will endeavour to order for you or offer a full refund.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchange or offer refunds on sale items.

REFUNDS

Yes, we are happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price for any unworn/undamaged products if they are not suitable.If there is any sign that the item has been used then we reserve the right to refuse your refund.

Please fill in the return & exchange form enclosed with your delivery and return with the item/s. Once the goods are received, a refund will be credited to the card used at the time of purchase. We cannot credit any other card, send cash or arrange bank transfers or cheques. We do not offer a refund for the initial delivery costs.
Returns received after the 14 day time frame will unfortunately not be accepted and will be returned to you.

RETURNS ADDRESS

Please send all returns to: Indigo Blush Ltd, The Pitchings, Spurt Street, Cuddington, Buckinghamshire, HP18 0BB.
For EU Customers – send the goods via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Please retain your shipping documentation so that we can complete your request in the event that the good are lost in transit
For International Customers – send your return via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. You must state, British Returned Goods, on any airway invoice or similar documentation in order to avoid VAT and import duties.
Returning goods on which duty has been paid. Any queries regarding duties payable/refundable, please contact your local customs authority. Indigo Blush Ltd cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.
